Shipping

We ship internationally from our warehouse in Norway. See all shipping times and charges below.

For orders within Scandinavia: Free delivery with DHL Express, 5 - 10 business days, all customs duties and taxes included.

For orders to the EU countries outside of Scandinavia: Free delivery with DHL Express (5 - 10 business days). See all details per market at checkout. 

For orders to  Switzerland and UK: Free delivery with DHL Express, 7 - 10 business days, all customs duties and taxes included.

For orders to the rest of the world: Delivery with DHL Express: (7 - 10 business days). Please note that local taxes and duties are excluded from your final purchase price. 

Please note:
* We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse
* The return shipping charge is non-refundable. Please see our full returns and exchange policy on this site.

Returns policy

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Any items to returned must be sent back unused and in the original packaging. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. This applies to both returns and exchanges.  


We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

Returns  DHL Express
Your package delivered by DHL Express must be returned with the same service. Please follow these steps:

* Please use the original packaging to return your items, including the poly bags.

* Cover the original shipping label with the new return label included with your order on the outside of the package.

* Please drop off your return at your nearest DHL service point. 

* Within 5 days of receiving the return at our warehouse, the refund approval and transfer will be made. Please note that we charge for the return shipping cost when you return or exchange your parcel with another service than DHL, or if you do not use the enclosed return label.

Exchanges 
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the initial order and place a new order.

Claims 
If you believe your order is damaged or faulty please contact cashmere@henderson.no with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Delays 
In the event your order will be delayed, you will be advised as soon as possible. If your order cannot be delivered within 30 days of the order date, we will notify you and you may either cancel your order or schedule a further delivery time. 

Taxes & Duties 

We ship on a DDP basis to all countries in the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. This means that all relevant taxes and duties will be included in your final purchase price.

The EU countries are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

For orders to the rest of the world, local taxes and duties apply. Please contact your local customs institution for more information. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Norway. 

Unclaimed shipments 
If you do not collect your parcel or provide the courier with needed information upon request, the package will be returned to us. Please note that we charge EUR 40 for return shipment of unclaimed orders.
